Did you connect your Strava Account to Paarl Adventure Trails?
If not, please go to https://paarladventuretrails.co.za/strava-connect and follow the instructions.
DO NOT CHANGE Any of the required permissions.

Strava Connected - No Results?

NOTE:
If you connected your Strava account to the Paarl Adventure Trails site AFTER the event, we need to import your activity for your results to be included.
Please mail us at webmaster@paarladventuretrails.co.za with your Strava ID and the date of the event, requesting an activity import.

If this is not the case, please consider the Scenarios below:

SCENARIO 1:
Did you change any of the requested permissions on authorising Paarl Adventure Trails to connect your Strava account?
If you did remove either of these permissions, please contact webmaster@paarladventuretrails.co.za so we can help you fix it.
SCENARIO 2:
If not, is your activity uploaded to Strava? If not, please upload to Strava.
SCENARIO 3:
Did you complete the entire (correct) route? Please look for a segment with the event name and distance under activity details on Strava. If you cannot find the relevant segment, your results will not display. Contact us to see if we can help you fix this.
SCENARIO 4:
If you do find the relevant segment, please contact us to investigate further.
